This page will cover all the details to get you and your new students registered with LHUG for the upcoming school year<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

New Members & Existing Members who are adding a new student(s):<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Select, Fill out, and submit LHUG Registration Form for the city\/county you reside in (this will need to be done annually).<\/li>\n
    2. Pay the $50 yearly fee (per family)<\/a><\/li>\n
    3. If you are new to homeschooling and\/or to LHUG, you have to download, fill out, and email a notification form that applies to you (city, or county; scroll down for more info). Notification forms are sent in only once per child, unless your enrollment status changes (i.e. enrolling with a different umbrella group).<\/li>\n
    4. If you are new to homeschooling and\/or to LHUG, Schedule your pre-enrollment appointment HERE<\/a> and one of our more experienced homeschoolers will contact you soon for a phone interview.
      \nGoals of the interview include: clarifying your plan and curriculum for your homeschool (especially in the areas of English, Math, Social Studies, Science, Health, Physical Education, Music and Art), and to offer helpful guidance and resources, as well as ensure that you are connected to the homeschool community in the ways that work best for you (Whatsapp, Signal, Activity or age based groups, etc).We look forward to having a wonderful school year together!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Homeschooling County\/City Notification Form<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

      If your child is new to homeschooling, you will need to submit a Homeschooling Notification Form using a parent’s portal on the Baltimore County Public Schools<\/a> website.<\/p>\n
